At Integritas, we believe that restoring the traditional relationship between you and your physician is one of the core facets of 21st century medicine. After the Executive Health Evaluation, you may choose to have our practice become your primary care physician. For a semiannual fee, you will have 24/7/365 access to your physician via telephone and email. By limiting the number of patients per physician, your physician has sufficient time to both explore your health concerns in the depth that they require and build a personal physician-patient relationship.

Until the advent of government regulation of our health care, most Americans had a personal relationship with their primary care physician; however, today most physicians must see 30-40 patients daily. This leaves very little time to spend with an individual patient, whose needs are far more complex than their forbears' were. The physician-patient relationship is severely strained in many instances, if not completely broken.
