What We Do
Personalized Primary Care Medicine
At Integritas, we believe that restoring the traditional relationship between you and your physician is one of the core facets of 21st century medicine. After the Executive Health Evaluation, you may choose to have our practice become your primary care physician. For a semiannual fee, you will have 24/7/365 access to the physician via telephone and email. By limiting the number of patients per physician, your physician will have sufficient time to both explore your issues to the depth that they require and tailor individualized diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for any health issues which are identified.
The Integritas team is committed to patient-centered care and optimizing your quality of life.
The Executive Health Evaluation (EHE)
Providing a comprehensive assessment for all aspects of your health and well-being: from a medical history overview to comprehensive physical and laboratory evaluations to imaging studies that establishes your health baseline for high-quality personalized care.
Recommendations resulting from the EHE findings may include:
- Nutritional and Exercise Counseling
- Drug Therapy
- Hormonal Modulation
- Stress Reduction Techniques
Empowering you to maximize your quality of life!
Age Management Medicine
Maximizing your quality of life for a long as possible by perpetuating the physiology of the average 40 year old is the goal of Age Management Medicine. Using the latest medical research to aggressively manage any disease risk factors identified in the Executive Health Evaluation, Age Management Medicine is an evidence-based program that includes hormone modulation to the upper third of the normal range for the average 35-40 year old. Insulin and Cortisol are maintained in the lowest third of the normal range.
Travel Health
International travel still carries the risk of serious infectious diseases. Malaria, yellow fever, parasites, and typhoid fever pose significant threats to those traveling to the developing world. Appropriate pre-travel counseling, indicated immunizations, and prophylactic antimalaria treatment may reduce this risk. Proactively seeking care before traveling will help maximize both enjoyment and productivity.
